This notice explains how Kingdom Connections uses information for its ministry directory, member accounts, and inquiries. The site is currently a pilot.

Information you provide

Registration forms collect listing information, location, ministry background and faith tradition, descriptions, and contact details. Member accounts use your name, email address, sign-in information, and an account identifier. Inquiries collect your name, email, optional phone number, message, and the listing you selected.

What appears publicly

Approved listing information appears in the public directory, including the listing name, location, faith tradition, descriptions, and any other public details you submit. Depending on the category, this includes speaking topics, languages, websites, opportunity dates and requirements, or venue capacity, facilities, availability, and rules. Please submit only information you have permission to publish, and keep private personal details out of public descriptions.

Registration contact names, emails, phone numbers, account identifiers, and inquiry messages are not displayed in the public directory. For speakers, the public speaker name is displayed. Administrators can review submitted information, including private contact details. Member access to a listing depends on its assigned account.

How we use and share information

We use information to review and publish listings, manage accounts and authorized edits, respond to requests, send service notifications, and process inquiries. Editing a listing returns it to Pending review and removes it from the directory until approved again.

When you agree to share an inquiry, your message, name, email address, and any phone number you supply may be emailed to the contact for the approved listing. Kingdom Connections also receives an administrator notification, and a receipt is requested for the sender. The listing contact can use your details to respond directly. An inquiry does not create a booking or guarantee a reply. Email delivery can be delayed or fail.

Submitting a registration or inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and browser storage

The pilot uses Zoho Catalyst for hosting, account authentication, data storage, and service email. Messages are also processed by the email providers used by their recipients. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and sign-in software from Zoho. These services receive the technical information needed to provide their services.

Sign-in services use browser storage and session information to manage access. The site temporarily remembers the page you intended to open after sign-in. Inquiry drafts and submission references may remain in the page memory until you close or reload it. Earlier pilot versions may have left local drafts in browser storage.

Updates, removal, and questions

Use My Listings for authorized edits. Contact hello@kingdom-connections.org to ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or report an unauthorized listing. Include the relevant listing or inquiry reference when available; do not email your password. Removing a directory listing does not automatically remove messages already received by other people or copies retained by service providers.
