Understand directory approval, screening, safeguarding, and agreements before making arrangements.

Who these terms cover and acceptance

These terms apply to all Kingdom Connections account holders and listing categories, including churches, speakers, opportunities, venues, and creative arts ministries. By checking the agreement box and choosing Create account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. An account holder must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization they represent. Participation by minors in an activity must be arranged by the responsible adults under appropriate consent and safeguarding arrangements. Existing members must accept these terms before continuing to use account services. We do not treat earlier registration as acceptance of terms introduced later.

Directory review and screening

Kingdom Connections connects people and ministries through a public directory. Approval means a listing has been reviewed for publication; it is not a background check, credential verification, endorsement, or guarantee of safety, accuracy, or suitability. A listing is not clearance to work with children or vulnerable adults.

Accurate listings

Listing representatives are responsible for providing accurate information, having permission to represent the person or organization, and keeping their details current. Do not claim credentials, checks, insurance, or qualifications you do not hold. Contact Kingdom Connections to correct information you cannot update yourself.

Before making arrangements

Hosts and service providers are each responsible for deciding whether an arrangement is suitable. Verify identity, relevant experience, references, qualifications, insurance, and any screening required by applicable law or the host’s policies. Discuss ministry expectations directly. Do not rely on directory approval or social media activity as proof of suitability.

Children and vulnerable adults

Before an activity involving children or vulnerable adults, the host and provider should agree in writing who is responsible for screening, supervision, consent, and safeguarding. Follow applicable laws and the host’s safeguarding policies. These arrangements should address appropriate adult supervision, boundaries and one-to-one contact, private messages and online contact, transport, photography, parental or guardian consent where appropriate, and reporting concerns. Complete any required checks and training before the activity. A background check alone does not replace safe practices and ongoing supervision.

Written agreements between participants

An inquiry does not create a booking or a contract. Before confirming an event or service, both parties should agree in writing on the services, dates, location, audience and age groups, fees and expenses, payment timing, cancellation and refunds, travel, equipment, accessibility needs, and safeguarding responsibilities. Confirm changes in writing and keep copies. Resolve questions before proceeding.

Each party’s responsibilities

Hosts and providers make their own agreements and are responsible for their own statements, conduct, commitments, and compliance with applicable requirements. Kingdom Connections provides the directory and inquiry service; it does not become a party to a booking agreement by publishing a listing or forwarding a message. Directory approval does not guarantee attendance, performance, payment, or a response. Nothing on this page removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Report a concern

Report inaccurate listings, inappropriate contact, or safety concerns to hello@kingdom-connections.org. Include the listing name, reference if available, and a brief description. Do not email passwords, background-check reports, or sensitive information identifying a child. Kingdom Connections may request clarification and restrict or remove a listing while reviewing a concern. This contact channel is not monitored as an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Report suspected abuse to the appropriate authorities as required; a report to Kingdom Connections does not replace that report.

Account security and prohibited conduct

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for protecting your credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent qualifications, post information without permission, infringe others’ rights, commit fraud, solicit unlawful activity, discriminate unlawfully, threaten, harass, exploit, groom, abuse, or engage in sexual misconduct. Do not use this service to obtain inappropriate access to children or vulnerable adults. Do not post private or identifying information about a child. You must comply with applicable law and the safeguarding policies of any organization you work with.

Responsibility for misconduct and third-party arrangements

Each user is responsible for their own unlawful acts, misconduct, misleading statements, and failure to honor their commitments. Users listed here are independent participants, not employees, agents, or representatives of Kingdom Connections merely because they have an account or listing. Kingdom Connections does not employ, supervise, or control participants’ off-platform activities through its directory service. Hosts retain responsibility for deciding whom to engage and for their own premises, activities, supervision, and safeguarding arrangements. Providers retain responsibility for their services, qualifications, conduct, and compliance with agreed requirements.

Service limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory and inquiry service are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Kingdom Connections is not liable for losses caused by another participant’s conduct, misrepresentations, services, cancellations, nonpayment, or breach of an independent agreement, except to the extent Kingdom Connections is itself legally responsible. This provision does not exclude liability for Kingdom Connections’ own fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. No provision excuses abuse or prevents reporting it, cooperating with authorities, or exercising nonwaivable legal rights.

Claims arising from your wrongdoing

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Kingdom Connections against third-party claims and reasonable costs, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent caused by your unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms. This obligation does not cover the portion of a claim caused by Kingdom Connections’ own negligence or misconduct. We will notify you of such a claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense. No settlement may impose obligations on another party without that party’s consent.

Publication, restrictions, and removal

You give Kingdom Connections permission to display the listing information you submit for publication and to format it for the directory. You retain ownership of your original material and confirm you have the necessary permissions. We may decline, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or listings for inaccurate information, suspected misuse, safety concerns, or violations of these terms. We may request clarification before reinstatement. Publication does not promise that every claim has been verified or that all misconduct will be detected. Contact us about corrections or a review of an account restriction.

Changes, records, and contact

The terms version is 2026-10-30. Material changes requiring agreement will be presented for renewed acceptance before further account use. Changes do not retroactively erase existing rights. We keep an account-linked record of the version accepted and the server-recorded acceptance time when acceptance is confirmed after sign-in. The Privacy Notice describes this processing. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Questions and concerns may be sent to hello@kingdom-connections.org.
